Call for Papers

The 13th International Conference on Awareness Science and Technology (iCAST 2025) will be hosted by Satya Wacana Christian University (SWCU), Salatiga, Indonesia, on November 19-21, 2025. The conference provides a forum for researchers, engineers, and scientists to discuss awareness computing and exchange ideas, opinions, and the latest results in this emerging new field. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Digital Library (IEL) and Scopus Database.

Paper Submission


Paper Types

All papers should be submitted in PDF format through the Paper Submission System. All submitted papers should be in IEEE two-column format and written in English. Manuscript should be unpublished work and include enough detail about the goal, the problem to solve, proposed methods and main results.


Regular Paper

The length of the final camera-ready paper is 4-6 pages. A maximum of 2 extra pages is permitted with overlength payment, US$40 (Rp700,000) per page.


One-page Presentation-only Paper

This category is provided for authors who want to present a timely review of research, a case study and so on. One of the authors of an accepted "One-page Presentation-only Paper" is responsible for oral presentation in the conference. The accepted papers will be ONLY included in the conference proceeding, and they are NOT included in IEEE Xplore Digital Library and other indexes (EI/Scopus).
